YOUR PRIMARY CARE PARTNER
Primary Care That Works With Real Life
DPC by DAYS is a simple membership for primary care with clear monthly pricing and easier access to your provider.
Direct Primary Care (DPC) is a modern way to do primary care. Instead of insurance billing for every routine visit, you pay a flat monthly membership for access to your primary care team, preventive care, sick visits, and ongoing health support.
Why It Is A Great Alternative To Insurance-Based Primary Care?
Traditional primary care often depends on insurance billing and short appointment windows. DPC focuses on the patient-provider relationship and consistent access, with a simple model that is easier to understand.

FAQs
Is DPC insurance?
1
No. DPC is a membership for primary care. Many members keep insurance for emergencies, hospital care, imaging, and specialists.
What does my membership cover?
2
Membership typically covers primary care access and common primary care services such as preventive care, sick visits, and ongoing chronic condition support.
How often can I see a provider?
3
As a member, you have unlimited access to your provider. Whether it’s multiple sick visits a month, or just needing a refill for a prescription. There is never a co-pay for a visit.
How can I contact the practice to book an appointment or request a refill?
4
Upon enrollment, you will be texted a link to download an app called Spruce. It is the platform we use to for all communication and telehealth visits. There is no extra fee for this either.
Do you offer labs?
5
Yes. We have an in-house lab company, and low-cost self-pay lab options are available when applicable.
We help coordinate specialist referrals and follow-ups. Specialist visits are typically outside the DPC membership and are handled through insurance or self-pay, depending on your situation.
